Returns

We have an 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has shipped from our warehouse to file for a return! You can do so through our website! Returns will only be accepted if your clothing item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

There is a shipping & handling fee of $10.95 for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

We now offer an instant exchange option to guarantee the availability of your desired item or size. When you choose this option, your exchange item will be shipped right away.

Please note: You’ll need to return your original item within 20 days of the exchange date. If it’s not shipped within this window, you’ll be automatically charged for the item you received in exchange.

ACCESSORIES/HOME GOODS/INTIMATES ARE ALL FINAL SALE (hats, boxers, make-up pouches, bedding, glasses, etc.)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return fees will be covered by the buyer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Returns requested within the 18-day return will be credited to your original payment method once your return has been examined and reviewed by our fulfillment team.
